The home is still very much available for rent and I'm seeking to rent to a responsible and neat person.We have decided set the monthly rate at a reasonably cheap rate so any personthat gets it does not have any excuse as why they could not take care of the place of fix and appliance when broken,even though i doubt any of them developing problems,We are renting this home on a very love rate so that our tenant would have a good reason to take good care of the home , we actually wanted to rent the home through a realtor but they put the rent on a very high rent rate because they wanted a high commission on the rent , My wife and I just decided to rent it out instead so that we can have a personal relationship with our tenant . The home is available for a period of 7 years due to the kind of work I'm into, I was currently moved to Chacago IL with my Family. The rent, including gas, electric, & water. You will have use of the entire house, yard, basement, garage, washer & dryer, Indeed a lovely place you can call home for you at a very good monthly rent of $800. Once myself and my wife are satisfied with your application i'll go ahead and mail the keys to you as soon you secure the property first with a deposit. Before you send any money to me for the security deposit , i will send you a copy of my US passport so that you can have my identity and to have an assurance that your money if safe.
Your most trust is needed from you in taking good care of the property at 4360 Samantha Court Northeast, Salem OR 97305 for the time been. I promise to always be good to you in return as I'm a calm person and not much of trouble you get from me as landlord, as long as you promise to keep the house in good care and properly maintained, I have included the Rental Application form below that you will have to fill out correctly as for "More Info" and so i can be sure you qualified to stay in my home. Be also informed that the montly $800 rent includes the Utilities.
I will giving out this house at a very good rate because the money is not really what i am bothered about , what is more important is giving the house to someone or a family that will take very good care of the house,The monthly Rent would be $ 800, security deposit of $700 to secure the home before you are allowed to move in, Keys and necessary documents ( Lease Agreement ) will be mailed to you for signing. Payment of deposit is fully REFUNDABLE if you feel the home doesn't suite your taste with what you have in mind.
