What is to stop my ex girlfriends from posting false info about me on here?

It sounds like you accept any submission without verifying any info at all on why they were submitted. Flaking out on a pick up is one thing. What about those of us that have the unfortunate experience of having a mad ex posting on here that you like to rape babies? Or better yet, that all your CL personal ads are a way to get into your house to steal your stuff?
I know, nothing like this has happened...yet. But being the internet, you know it can, and most likely, eventually will happen.
So, I ask again, what is to stop people like my ex's from doing this kind of thing?

What is to stop people like your ex from robbing a liquor store? You can't call the police before it happens because they can't arrest him/her before the crime occurs.
