I wanted to share with my fellow flakelist folks companies that constantly repost their ads after a few weeks or months.

My gut tells me the reason they do this is to avoid paying benefits. It is much cheaper at $25 to repost an ad than to pay out benefits to an employee.

Beware of these reposters on Craig's List:

Krav Maga (they always post for a receptionist either in Sherman Oaks or West Los Angeles)
Carlson & Messer (they always post for a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant) near LAX
Behind the Wheel Driving School (they can't keep anyone; they pay minimum wage) in Manhattan Beach
William Warren Group (they post for either an Office Assistant or Receptionist) in Santa Monica
Curves Fitness (they post for fitness instructors at minimum wage) all locations
American Voicemail (they post for Customer Service every few months) in West Los Angeles
Code Pink (they advertise for an Administrative Assistant ) in Venice
Jet Stream Copy Services (they advertise for an Administrative Assistant) in West Los Angeles
Massage Envy or Massage Spot (constantly advertising) in Hermosa and Manhattan Beach
KZG Golf (constantly advertising for Customer Service) in North Hollywood
The Help Group (every other day they advertise for something) Culver City and Sherman Oaks
Stockwell Harris Law Firm (they can't keep anybody) in the MidWilshire area
Grancell Leibowitz (they can't keep anybody either at this law firm) in El Segundo
ICDC College (can't keep receptionists) all over Los Angeles locations
Drivers Ed Direct & Valley Bob's (high turnover for driving instructors) in The Valley
Accent on Seniors (customer service job; they always advertise) in Encino
State Farm Insurance (customer service rep; they repost constantly) in West Los Angeles
Levy Affiliated Property Management (customer service) in Hermosa Beach
Wai Conner LLP (always advertising for legal assistants) in West Los Angeles
