  I recently moved into a condo building and the property management company - Colorado Property Management Group - started to make up rules and broken infractions by my family in order to extort money from us to pay the infractions on these supposed broken rules. Its all a scam they're using their power to keep us under their control.
  
  What should I do?

  Please be more specific. What rules/infractions were you and your family accussed of breaking and what were you fined?

  Well the guy above me is right. You have to be a little more specific. I think you should first sue the firm and then seek out property management in Colorado from a different company.
