Hello ,

I hope this messages finds you in good health. The home is still very much available for rent and I'm seeking to rent to a responsible and neat person.We have decided set the monthly rate at a reasonably cheap rate so any personthat gets it does not have any excuse as why they could not take care of the place of fix and appliance when broken,even though i doubt any of them developing problems,We are renting this home on a very love rate so that our tenant would have a good reason to take good care of the home , we actually wanted to rent the home through a realtor but they put the rent on a very high rent rate because they wanted a high commission on the rent , My wife and I just decided to rent it out instead so that we can have a personal relationship with our tenant . The home is available for a period of 7 years due to the kind of work I'm into, I was currently moved to Chacago IL with my Family. The rent, including gas, electric, & water. You will have use of the entire house, yard, basement, garage, washer & dryer, Indeed a lovely place you can call home for you at a very good monthly rent of $800. Once myself and my wife are satisfied with your application i'll go ahead and mail the keys to you as soon you secure the property first with a deposit. Before you send any money to me for the security deposit , i will send you a copy of my US passport so that you can have my identity and to have an assurance that your money if safe.

Your most trust is needed from you in taking good care of the property at 4360 Samantha Court Northeast, Salem OR 97305 for the time been. I promise to always be good to you in return as I'm a calm person and not much of trouble you get from me as landlord, as long as you promise to keep the house in good care and properly maintained, I have included the Rental Application form below that you will have to fill out correctly as for "More Info" and so i can be sure you qualified to stay in my home. Be also informed that the montly $800 rent includes the Utilities.

I will giving out this house at a very good rate because the money is not really what i am bothered about , what is more important is giving the house to someone or a family that will take very good care of the house,The monthly Rent would be $ 800, security deposit of $700 to secure the home before you are allowed to move in, Keys and necessary documents ( Lease Agreement ) will be mailed to you for signing. Payment of deposit is fully REFUNDABLE if you feel the home doesn't suite your taste with what you have in mind.

Anyhow, here is an application I filled out recently for another home. This home turned out to be a fake home!!! Oh I was so mad!!! But It has all of my information. If you need any more information from me, just let me know.

Hello, thanks for the mail and prove you send to us , when i show it to my wife she not accept it , she want you to send the first month rent and security deposit to your husband via money gram as proof that you have the money in hand to pay for the property.

You are to make First months $800 and Security deposit $800 via money gram, in my secretary nmae What i mean is that the receivers name on that payment will be my secretary name which is Camille D Williams and senders name will be your name, then you get back to me with the scan copy of the payment receipt so that i will take as prove of your payment and be rest assure that you are capable of paying our rent after reviving the house documents and keys, once i receive the scan copy from you the keys with documents to property will be send to you via FedEx this will enable you to possibly occupy our house.

Well, I got $1600 cash sitting right here in an envelope with LARRY THOMAS/ADELA FERNANDEZ/CAMILLE WILLIAMS names on it for you/whoever. All I want is proof of who YOU are before I send it off via Money Gram. (forget Western Union...they're always closed or running a scam.)

So...no proof = no cash for anyone. I can just find another rental anyhow. If you prefer me to do that, let me know. I have to move by June 1st and need to know ASAP.

The funniest part of all of these scammers is that when I reply, at the bottom of my emails, my signature is the FLAKELIST WEBPAGE!! They must not check anything!! Police dept phone # and address, and Flakelist Webpage... dead giveaways!!! Dumb asses!!!
