    I called the Marion County Assessor's office to verify that you are the co-owner and they told me that David Potter is the sole owner of the property. They also researched the deed and your name is not on it. Care to explain?? I am not wiring you any funds until I can be 100% sure this is YOUR TRUE Property. I already got scammed last week by some Nigerian guy and I don't want to get scammed again!!!
