I am Heather L McCoy , the owner of the house you are making inquiry of. Yes the house is still available for rent and we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the house now that we are not around. I and wife just traveled to (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) for a program called Empowering Youth to Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education. We are renting the Property for long term and short term lease is also acceptable. We will be away for 3 years or more that is why I have made up my mind to put up my house for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it. Also how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in?

I did a drive by yesterday. Looks great! I did not see the firepit or playground, though, that is listed in your description?? Can I ask why the rent is so cheap? You could probably get almost double that price for the house and the area. (Not that I am complaining! LOL!!) I would like to rent for at least one year...see if I like the neighborhood and area. I hope this is OK. I would need to give my landlord 30 days notice here, but could move in within 2 weeks. ☺
Anyhow, what do I need to do to rent it? Please let me know. Thanks!

I have a question for you... I checked online with the home ownership records and it does not list a Heather McCoy as the owner of this house. Is your husband or relative the owner?? Sorry to bug you about this but I have to be 100% safe and sure you are the home owner before I fill out anything with my personal, indentifiable information on any application.

Sounds good. Sorry to hear about your husband, but I had to be sure. I don't want to give up my hard earned money to someone that is trying to scam me or something. I lost $2000 last month to some Nigerian guy who told me he had ta nice house for rent, and gave me all of the "I am a man of God" stuff, and then I western unioned him the $ and never heard from him again!! :( So hopefully you can understand my caution when finding out there is no Heather McCoy on the ownership of this house.
So where/who do I send the rental payment and deposit? $1200 is what I have sitting here in cash, but I can easily convert it to a money order, check, or whatever is needed to get the keys sent to me.
