Caught me another one!!

Thanks for your interest in regards my property. Yes the house is still available for rent at a reduced price and we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the house, now that we are not around. My wife and i just traveled to Nigeria for a program called Empowering Youth to Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education. The program involves countries which are in The UK , Spain and Germany . We will be away for 2 to 3 years or more, that is why I have made up my mind to put up my house for rent to who ever that will take good care of it. Also, how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in?

As we have found your application very satisfactory and acceptable by my family..So we would want you to go through this email and get back to us on what you feel so we could proceed in renting the house to you.We would like to send the following documents to you via FedEx next day delivery to the address you sent to us and the tracking number will be sent to you so that you can possibly occupy our house.Please once again, we are giving you this based on trust so please do not disappoint us and i promise you that, you will love the house. We are with the under listed documents here with us and you will need to make Payment for the security deposit($500 USD) to enable shipment of the Keys and documents to the address you have provided to us, after which you could move in at your convenience. The rent only starts counting after you move in,Please note that the deposit made is fully refundable should in case you finally gain entrance into the house after receiving the keys and documents and feel unsatisfied or uncomfortable with the interior,but i am giving you a benefit of doubt that you will love everything about this lovely home.The deposit will be refunded in less than 24 hours after you request for it.

Alright! and yes concerning the payment i talk it over with a friend here and she let me understand that western union will be fine in getting money here so immediately i hear back from you i will forward you the information on where the security deposit will be confirm by western union in other to start the shipping arrangement then you receive the package.

As soon as the payment is confirmed then i will mail you the package via FedEx immediately and will send you the tracking detail to the package so you will know the exact time that it will arive at your door step.

Get back to me asap so i will forward you the payment details.

Sounds good!! Please let me know what and where I need to send the money. I have never used Western Union before?? Are they a reputable company? I would not want to send you some money through them and then have them run off with it!! :(
