Oh, the mouseover graphics. Yeah, tell me about it.

The main reason I implemented the hover effects was because many people don't provide the appropriate information in the form. For instance, it is quite common for someone to click the Flake checkbox when reporting a Scammer.

Many people also do not provide any notes. Notes are very helpful to people looking to avoid flakes, scammers and spammers, and any information that can be provided may help someone else from having the same bad experience. All of the fields are indexed by Google and other search engines, making it easier for these jerks to be found when someone searches for them. One great thing you can put in the notes field is the actual text from the Flake's ad or email (cut and paste).

With that said, do you have any suggestions on how to make the information in the hover effects available to those who need it? I searched tirelessly to find the best way to implement this and the hover effect is what seemed most popular on other sites. However, it's not set in stone and does not have to stay. But I do need feedback on a good way to get the message across.

Here's an idea: What if I put the hover effects on a little question mark icon? Then they would only show up when hovering over that icon.
