I have just found a new fun activity. I take the idiots spammers email address and place them on every junk email address I can find while I drink my morning cup of coffee. It puts a smile on my face. Yes I understand that they don't read their incoming emails and so on. But it makes me happy to think that I am clogging up their box just like they clog up mine.

Nice idea. I would think that by doing that, you could actually get the ISP to pay attention and kill their account. Sure, it may be an account they don't visit or even use at all, but one could hope that if more of us spammed spammers, it could get the ISPs' attention.

it would be great if someone who knows their way around the internet could find a way to easily give links to me to place these people on as many email lists as possible.

Your post got me thinking about how we might be able to set that up here when reporting them... not sure if we can yet, but I'm looking into it. :)

I did find it funny that I wrote this suggestion on cl and I got flagged immediately. They don't flag drug ads, or sex ads, or ads that talk about scrap metal thieves and so on but they have a problem with me saying briefly I think we should all spam the spammers.

here is a practice run.. this is a spammer who continues to spam me. big_sexy20062001@yahoo.com

Go on the internet and find some free mailing lists to put their account on. Just load them up on spam. Doesn't matter what mailing list. I put them on anything I can find. It amuses me and brings a smile to my face. Wish Cl would do more to stop these boogers.
