Practice is currently seeking a professional, bright and enthusiastic person with excellent people/communication skills for the Front Desk Receptionist position.
Candidate will provide exceptional front-line customer service and meet the many non-clinical needs of our patients. In addition, applicant will coordinate the flow of patients through the office, assist patients with payments, insurance and billing information, schedule appointments and maintain patient charts.
Qualified Applicants Will Possess:
Previous customer service experience is must
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written / verbal communication skills
PC proficiency
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and planning skills
Detail-oriented
Conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills and good judgment
