There is a foundation that places companion pets with individuals who have disabilities. They placed a wonderful dog with her more than a year ago and encountered a great deal of difficulty with this person after the adoption. She clearly no longer has the dog and did not contact the foundation to notify the foundation and return the animal to their care which is mandated in her adoption contract.

More importantly, she displayed clear signs of extreme mental, emotional and financial instability and they became very concerned for the welfare of the animal. She stated that she had the funds to take care of an animal, but sadly she was not being truthful about many things. The foundation was threatened, lied to and have reason to believe that she was abusive to the animal.

Our hope is that you will not unknowingly give your animal to someone who is not fit to care for one. To our knowledge she had no grandchildren and no backyard. She will state in her ads that she has both.
