A friend of mine found a listing for a house on craigslist. she said it sounded too good to be true, and it was. This is the second scammer i've found on flakelist from craigslist. this is ridiculous. he is a bit smoother than the last guy, but this is the email response i got from him:

Hi and thank you for your interest,

My inbox was flooded today with inquiries so I'll do my best to answer some of the questions:

1) Cable, wireless internet, heat, water, and electricity are included in the monthly rental fee.

2) The security deposit amount depends on your credit score.

3) Move-in can begin as early as next month.

4) I haven't gotten around to taking more pictures yet but I will be taking groups of interested parties for showings later this week.

Due to the overwhelming response I've included a preliminary rental application for any interested parties. I only want to converse with people who are serious about actually moving into this property. So if you are interested in a showing and further information, please fill out the attached application and email it to me so that I can get back to you soon.

I got the exact email. Been trying to find an apartment for months but full of scammers, I did find a place to send the emails (you have to include the header) and the guy and his company get the email accounts terminated, it does not stop them but slows them down as especially those in south africa who are on missionary work and can only send you the keys after you have western unioned them the money, alot of them work from the same email. Since sending their emails to this guy and responding to their scam saying that they are cursed I have been getting alot of attacks on my computer, thank God for virus protection. I sometimes wish I was a hacker I would kill their system.
