Our client (The Employer) has outsourced the interviewing and hiring process to our company, Juritan Staffing Inc., a leading provider of workforce solutions. We are in the final process of reviewing resumes before scheduling interviews and have selected yours as one of the top 15 out of the 100’s that we received. The position that you applied will include some of the following responsibilities outlined by our client:

Be the face and voice of the company, answer phones & emails, coordinate conference meetings, make sure all company files are managed properly, over see direct reports of the sales and billing departments and manage all petty cash and receipts. On some occasions you will be asked to run errands for the company and or their President for things such as office supplies, catered food during client presentations, etc. You will have access to the company car for all outside office errands or be reimbursed if using your own car. You will be given petty cash or will use the expense accounts setup with their merchants for all errands.

Because this position requires you to use the company’s credit lines and petty cash they are requesting a credit check. We have setup for you to use www.FreeCreditReport-365.com to receive your report as we have setup an account with them that prevents you from incurring any fees. We require that all potential candidates complete this as this ensures the employer that their future employee is credible, trustworthy and can be an asset of the company.

Once more, in order to protect our client we do require all of our candidates to request a credit report, free of charge. When you submit the necessary information via the link above, we will be automatically be notified per the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) with a simple pass or fail from our predetermined indicators we have setup with the 3rd party credit reporting service. After we receive a “pass” from them we will schedule an interview at our local office. Please also know that due to the recent economy we take in to consideration that there may be some blemishes on the majority of applicant reports. Athough I can not divuldge the specifics of the how the pass/fail metric works, it is however not based strictly on a per score basis.

I ask that you DO NOT email us your entire credit report, as this information is private to you and it is not necessary for us to see this information. If you have received your credit score elsewhere, please email it to me and I will run the pass/fail check manually. Your score needs to be no older than January 4th, 2010.
