Scammer ran add looking for writers. Sent web content text for an existing website, as a "sample" for writer to edit/rewrite, to demonstrate writing ability. Then sold the work as his own to the website.

Original email message from Scammer as follows: Hey

Can you edit website content for me? I would like to know if you can
help me. I can send the sample to edit its like 4 paragraphs Then, we can go from there if you can help me.

If contacted by this Scammer be sure to get an address and/or phone number and try to verify them. If he implies he works for the website, try to confirm this independently. Be wary; if the Scammer wants you to write for a website, or lead you believe he works for a company, his or her email address should be @companyname.com, not a yahoo or email address.
