We were hired to clean up homes investors had bought and renovated before they are put back on the market. After two days of hard work we were promised payment for the days we worked and received less than half of that, and only after I had to write emails and texts asking for our money and eventually threatening to contact the investors. Mrs. Anderson left us to finish the job on both days and knew full well that the painters and tile guys were still there and making a mess of what we had already cleaned. The money she did send us didnt even cover the hours that she worked along with us, let alone the hours she left us alone to finish because she had to wait for the Cox cable man to show up at her home. She had told me she would with hold payment from the tile workers and painters if they left the floors we had cleaned a mess, but apparently she decided it was easier to withhold payment from us instead and claim that we did not finish the work. Southwestern Custom Construction is the name listed on the checks we did recieve two weeks later for less then half what we were owed. Holly Anderson is the women who runs the ad and does the cleaning, and she works for Philip K. and Thomas T. Boeckle, the two main investors of the group. They are former owners of the P.T.'s Pubs, and also have a company, A Peacock Rd 38 Arizona LLC, located in Henderson.
