Notes:
I moved to Cincinnati Ohio after I was scammed and robbed in florida. I was scammed by a company called PCA Personal Contact Advertisers. I was robbed by a person I was trying to help because they were down on their luck with a kid no less. She robbed my house.
Moving on I lost my ID in the transition and have been waiting for my birth certificate for 4 months now. Vital services says it can take 18 weeks. I cannot receive state assistant or even return to school or get a job here until I receive it.
I was so happy that I had an opportunity to make at least a little bit of money while I was waiting. This is the first email I've received in response to my resume:

As I stated in the Subject, we placed an ad on Craigslist, seeking an individual
to fill an Admin Assistant Assignment within our company.
I am replying to your email you sent in response to the ad posted.
As your email exuberated high interest, let me inform you more about the position:

The title role is a Quality Reviewer. You will be undertaking online
evaluating and purchasing covertly, completing Jobs and
receiving products/services and information per our clients request.
Later, you will summarize and review your experience; good or bad.

You are fully compensated and reimbursed--IN ADVANCE--for any
purchases made, in addition to your normal salary.
This is accomplished by us through Paypal (if you do not have an account it is free to create one).
This means there are no costs to you at all. You will be earning money from us,
AND aiding future customers by rating your experience with the clients.

Requirements for this Position:
*MUST BE 18 years of age or older
*At least 8-10 hours a week available
*Internet Access
*Printer (optional, but helpful)

I did as they asked and submitted an application on their website. I was directed to a page with a message saying " If you are chosen you will receive an email with the subject title "Welcome to Quality Reviewers" I said okay and closed the window. Within the hour I then got the following email:

Quality Reviewers represents many of the major clients including, but not limited to:

We are an independent company that is hired by these larger firms and
product developers (which we call our clients), to test the experience
a potential customer has with the company's product/service and review the overall quality.

Your basic duties will be to complete Jobs for these companies
and receive free services, free trials, free money, and free products.

In my excitement I just thought that they had responded quickly because of my skills. I forgot the cardinal rule of craiglist jobs : always reasearch the company before accepting the job.

The next day I received my first job via email:

As Promised, Accompanied in this email are the Jobs to be Secret Shopped/Quality Reviewed per our clients request.
As the Getting Start Guide states: ALL Jobs must be completed within 48 hours the Jobs were issued, and Screenshots showing proof each was finished must be submitted.
If more time is required, Email us stating so and when the Job Sheet will be completed and sent by. :)

Quick Step-by-Step:
1. Download and Save the Job Sheet, open it up.
2. Start at the top Job, click the link (Or COPY and PASTE the link into your Internet Browser if having trouble), and complete the Job.
3. Submit the Job, Take a screenshot of the confirmation page (IE, "Thanks for your order" "Thanks for your request" "Thank You").
4. Write down on the Job Sheet if you completed the Job and record your time.
5. Move on the the next Jobs, complete all of the Jobs on the Job Sheet.
6. Send the completed Job Sheet and Screenshots back to the email addresses noted above.

DO NOT re-complete Jobs you already completed for ANY reason.

I completed all of the jobs and emailed them what they asked for. I told them I hadn't been able to finish 3 or 4 because I didn't have a CC or debit card at the moment. the email conversation went as follows:

DO NOT recomplete jobs you already completed for any reason! This shows in the fraud reports.

We state on our website and in the Terms and Conditions you stated on the application you read and agreed to: a debit, credit, or prepaid card is required for the position.

Unfortunately, we will have to wait as the next Job Sheet requires an advanced reimbursement for purchases to be made.

You can get any prepaid card as long as it is reloadable and has a visa/mastercard logo. Many of the prepaid cards can also be linked to your paypal account.

I was getting annoyed and highly suspicious at this point so I contacted the support center. I really needed some money as my brother is going through a crises and I was hoping to help him as well as myself. I sent the following emails after doing some deeper research:

I completed my job sheet and screenshots and email them to the correct departments. I have not received any feedback or confirmation other than a question from confirmation@qualityreviewers. I was told that the position was full-time.

I am very precise when I ask for information. I ask have asked your "company" very specific questions and I keep receiving very vague answers. I have researched online and it isn't looking good.
You won't allow me to work until I have a prepaid or debit card? Which tells me that it might be fradualent money wiring scam or something of the sort. I have found very little info on you guys. You say you have over 60,000 employees. If thats the case where are they?
You are not listed in the better business bureau at all. If your company has been around so long and you have so many employees why are you not registered?
If this turns out to be a scam which I am suspecting it is, I will report you to the FEDS for internet fraud and contact craiglist admin as well as every other job site I find your ads on and have your postings flagged and removed as well as report you all the appropriate agencies that deal with fraudulent business.

These people are sick and should be more than ashamed of themselves. Before my two experiences I was never aware that such things took place. It's a shame that you can't afford to give people the benefit of a doubt in job searching anymore. GOOD GRIEF CHARLIE BROWN!

I really hope this keeps anyone else from being scammed by these people if you can call them that.
