His/her name is Jason Ford. At least that is the name they used from that e-mail address. Does anyone know what type of scam they are trying to run?? |

COUNTERFEIT CHECK SCAM!!!!
Textbook scam of employment ad where "employer" sends fake cashier's check and gets money wired back before check returns as fake. Don't fall for this! The bank will give you access to the money a day later, and then come back after a few days when the check gets bounced back as fraudulent. If you've spent any of that money, despite the bank saying your check has "cleared", You will owe the bank a lot of money!!! |

Age?
At the bottom of your email he asks for your age. That alone shows it's a scam. Legally no employer can ask your age until after they've hired you, and only for the human resource department's file. |
