"Executive Bookkeeper Needed for a fast Growing Production company. Position is part-time to start, expected to grow to full-time. Successful candidate must be experienced with QuickBook, Possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel,be able to work with less supervision, and, have a minimum of 2 –5 years experience. Primary duties would include, but not be limited to: Receipts & Deposits, Accounts Payable, Disbursements, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations and assistance with Month-end Closings.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and phone skills, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Able to successfully follow directions
• Individual must show initiative and have strong attention to detail.
