Once this company gets your card number or account number, they determine when a payment comes out of your account without proper notification. They don't tell you it's going to be auto billed and you don't authorize it. Even the statements make it sound like you have the option of how and when you pay your bill. They are rude about it and don't care about you. I am locked into a contract with them and because of the way they do their business, I have chosen to no longer have an account of any sort. I ended up with so many fees from my bank and other companies because their payments would be returned due to digitalpath taking money out. I feel they choose to stick thier fingers into my account whenever for whatever without regard to my own account. I would have never done business with them had I known. Good luck. This is what the bottom of their bills say:

DigitalPath has changed it's billing procedures and now requires payment or
arrangements to be made within 20 days of the due date or accounts may be
suspended. As of 1/1/2010 DigitalPath will also start charging late fees
to those accounts more than 30 days overdue.
