I was searching "CRAIG'S LIST" for a house to rent in Stockton ca. I came across this ad RE: $800/4br- Four bedrooms, ideal for family House for rent (Stockton) and there was a picture of a really nice home. so i sent an e-mail saying if the property was not already taken could i please get and application to rent. I recieved an answer
Hello Jeanette, First an formost thank you for your interest in the home. I an availiable to show the house this week if that fits your schedule. It then she went on to give details on the home yada yada.
Then she said she would be happy to show me the property but they require all applicants to complete a free credit report to ensure their eligibility. It's OK if you have bad credit (trust me) We just make sure that you don't have several evictions on your record. ( We won't rent if you have more than three on your record) Go to the web site below and as soon as you can, please click and go to the secure web site link to complete the free credit report.(it take's about 30 seconds) Once you complete , I'll call you once I receive the information from the credit company (very quickly usually ) You don't have to send me your credit report. Once you fill it out the company automatically forwards me your email address and weather you have had any outstanding evictions in the past five years this is the only information i am interested in. this a soft credit report so it will not touch your FICO score. ( Which is why we work with them)
