Post Title: Telemarketing Scam

Notes:
This was strictly over the phone, no internet involved. Summer Harris with Preferred keeps calling our office regarding our telephone account. We don't have one with Preferred, don't want one, but she keeps calling. We can't even get the number she called from because star 69 shows it's blocked, she won't leave a number, and doesn't seem to understand "Put us on your Do Not Call list". If someone from Preferred calls just hang up. I have Googled them and what little feedback I've seen regarding them has shown that it's a scam.
