My daughter and grandchildren have been living with me for 6 months and not able to find housing. I saw this ad on craigslit and was thrilled with seeing he allowed pets and you didn't have to have perfect credit until I googled his name and found this site. This guy preys on people already down on their luck and ought to be shot!

Rental in Mass.

The same thing happened to me yesterday 9/4/2010 when I was searching for a rental in CL. We live on Cape Cod, Mass. so this guy must go thru every state possible. The email sounds so sincere. I kind of half believed the ad until I saw that he wanted me to fill out a credit report. Then when I looked at the pics of the house he was renting for $650.00 a month, I knew instantly something was very wrong. ince researching his name, I came upon this site which is a blessing. I hope they can stop him before he robs someone's identity or money.
