Can't get her exact address or phone number. No pics of the house.

One bedroom on the first floor, which is smaller, is $350/month with all utilities, washer/dryer and wi-fi internet included, with first month's If you're interested in the large bedroom upstairs, we could talk about renting it for a bit more $$.

There is a spacious deck with a hot tub and West facing view to get good living room light, even in the more rainy fall and winter months. I have one other roommate, we are both male, we both enjoy playing music and have bands that we practice with at other locations. In general, the house stays pretty quiet, I work early mornings during the week, and my roommate's schedule varies throughout the week. Drink and 420 friendly, smoking is okay outdoors, it's just not a party house, aside from occasional weekend gatherings with friends.

Washer and dryer available, 2 bathrooms, some storage available under the house.

I identified her as a scam artist by Googling her e-mail address, which brought me here.

I flagged her ad and I hope everyone else does too and continues to do so whenever it pops back up online.

$350 *!*!~Room Available in Amazing Charming Home~**~

Private bedroom and shared bathroom available for $350 in a large 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. This is definitely one of the nicer places you will find! The room is available now. Prefer someone in there ASAP!

A little about the place:

- 1500 square feet and fully furnished, expect for available bedroom

- Available bedroom is 13'6" x 10'6" and has large window and wall mounted LCD

- Spacious living room and kitchen, with lots of windows and natural light

- Security gates for the 4 unit complex

- Washer/Dryer in attached garage

- Balcony (with BBQ)

- Private roof deck

- Great location....walk or short drive to restaurants, shopping etc.

A little about the roommates:

- Two working female professionals in their mid to late 20's. Both are active and like to have a good time, but don't bring the party home with them.

We are looking for a responsible, respectful, fun and outgoing male or female. The lease is month to month, but would prefer for someone to stay for the long term. The utilities and WIFI internet is included in the rent.

This scam stuff is phishing, after dealing with this kind of crap on craigslist, I thought of something that seems to help. I use 2 email addresses when dealing with Craigslist. I respond with email 1, and ask them to respond to email 2.

At some point they will probably be able to work against this method too, but what this avoids is their ability to do an automated response.

This of course will not stop the scammer who is making the effort to actually read the email responses.

Until I can come up with a way to get through the screen and grab these bastards by the throat, I hope this helps.
