I have read and reread many posts about this scammer...they all are the same. My husband and I live in Washington and have been looking for a home in the Oakhurst area. We saw an add for the most amazing and beautiful home, with a low rental price and a cheap pet fee.
It seemed WAY TO GOOD TO BE TRUE and it turned out to be. It seems this person (male or female..we don't know) just wanted us to print up our credit report do that they could get the information from it that way.
They have had our information for about 24 hours...I am so furious!
We did not email it to them, instead we kept it on hand until we met them. Just wanted them to call us and to confirm that they were who they said they were before we went any further. It seems that they already had what they wanted. The credit report we got off of their site!! BOTH mine and my husbands information...our address, phone numbers, etc!!!

We called the police, the credit card companies, the bank and everyone else to report that we got scammed and we are dealing with all of this.

PLEASE avoid anyone with the name of Sharon Newsome or Newsome Properties LLC. In fact, avoid anyone who wants any of your personal information BUT refuses (or as in our case, ignores) your request for their information!

We thought we were protecting ourselves by not handing out the report and hoping to meet this person in person....we were wrong.
