Typical flake. Didn't call to cancel our meeting. Didn't email even after I emailed him. Had me bring the item with me into Portland and told me he had an appointment and he would call. I waited for him to call. Seriously it takes less than one minute to send an email to someone and just say hey I am not interested in your item any further. Problem solved.
