Thanks so much for your interest. I have attached photos of the home to this email. All furniture will be removed before you move in. All appliances will stay and you will also find a lawn mower in the shed. You can move in and start paying rent whenever you want (as long as its in the next three months) and my husband and I hope you can commit to staying for 6 months to a year.

I am free anytime this week or next, just let me know what fits your schedule best.

Here is some more information on the home:
-3 Bedroom and 2 Bath (around 1800 sq ft)
-There is a laundry washer and dryer
-I will pay the water bill, but you will have to cover your own electricty, telephone, tv, internet.
-There is a $35 deposit for keys which you will get back when you return the keys at the end of the rent term.
-Pets are more than welcome, but please make sure they do not damage the property.

As you can tell by the photos, we take great pride in this home. Therefore I take the quality of my tenants fairly seriously. I would love to show you this place, but first I ask you in good faith to go ahead and do a credit check. I know it is important to keep your privacy so I ask you NOT to send it to me via email. Just bring it with you when we meet to see the house. Instead, send me the order id number (they email it to you after you complete it). This shows me you are serious about moving forward, and also keeps your privacy.

I honestly do not care how high or low your credit score is. I know times are tough for everyone, including me. This is just an official way for me to see how many evictions you have on your record. As long as it's no more than one than I feel confident giving you the home.

In terms of the homes address, I also wish to disclose this is in the next email, after I establish your eligbility. I have had an experience of someone on craigslist emailing me to meet at the home location, but in reality they showed up a day before to vandalize and steal. I do not wish to go through that again with this new property. I can assure you its in a wonderful and safe neighborhood and close to everything you could need.

I know this process turns some people off, but I only wish to obtain a high quality tenant and discourage inelidgle renters or scammers from continuing to waste my time. If you are uncomfortable, please move on and I wish you luck in finding a home. However if you decide to continue, I know you will absolutely love the place.

It took a few days for them to get back to me yet the emails came within just a few minutes of each other. They included some pictures which were beautiful houses but this is obviously a scam! Too bad!
