Hello
Thanks so much for getting back to me.
Let me first tell you a bit more about the position I e-mailed you about.
* You will be answering the phone and taking messages when applicable
* You will be scheduling the company meetings
* Running errands for the company for things such as purchasing supplies and making bank deposits.
* You will be provided with a company car while working.
* While you are running errands, you will also be given one of our company credit card(s) for all business purchases.
I have gone through your previous resume and you seem more than qualified. I would like to take the next step with you. However, before I am able to schedule a formal meeting, my company will require that you acquire a recent credit report. Let's just say the person we just let go, took advantage of having access to a company credit card.
Both myself and the company will prefer that you use this company to acquire your check as they are offering the check at zero cost to you (unlike other places). I have tried their service myself and their scores contain the most accurate information I have seen, but feel free to use any service you like.
Once you submit all of the required information, they will show your personal report. Please print it out and save it for the meeting. Please do not email me the report, as it will have private content. We can discuss it when we meet in person. If you have a lower than expected credit score, it will never prevent you from a position with us.
Once your finished please e-mail me your phone number that you can be easily reached, and your availability to arrange an interview.
I am looking forward to your quick response.
Have a great week,
Gail Roberts

Gail Roberts/JTL Group HR
I first recieved an email from a Joseph White that read "are U still interested in this position", which I thought was a bit unprofessional but I opened it anyway since, well, i'm looking for a job. It was from Gail Roberts, advising me to email her at Gailproberts@... Then I emailed HER, and "she" emailed me back from yet a THIRD email address..it was identical to the letter addressed here, every word. I was skeptical at the link "this company" and responded with the truth, that I wasn't providing my social to any unspecified company online and if they really wanted me to work for them, then I would do a direct interview, and should I feel confident..blah blah blah. Of course, i received no response to that. This is how identity theft occurs. That's the scam. No thanks, I have enough debt from being unemployed. |

I received the same email from this "company." My initial email came from someone named STEVE HILL with a Google email address but it was signed off by this Gail Roberts with a Yahoo email address. Since I was not able to find a web address or phone number for this JTL Group, I waited for her second email where she asked me to email her at jtlempservice.info. I Googled it and that's when I found it at Flakelist. Here is what she sent me on her 2nd email: Hello Thanks so much for getting back to me. Thank god I found this page
I got a similar email for an office manager position in NJ. I found this job ad in Craigslist and sent an email for some questions. They never responded back until a month later. This is their email response: FROM: Ryan Hughes TO: ryanhughes.hughes09@gmail.com BCC: (my email address) SUBJECT: Still Interested in Our office Position? Hi again
Few months back you'd emailed us about a career ad we had published online.
That position is available again so we thought before we post a fresh ad, we would see if you were stil Interested in the opportunity.
The job is for a for a full time Office Manager and the pay rate is $ 15.50Hr. Should you be still interested let me know as soon as you can. Very important, Please respond to me at my private office e-mail gailsroberts1@hotmail.com with the subject, "I'm Interested and your name" so I can see it through the clutter of e-mails I receive. I'll go over all the information with you then.
Regards, Gail R. JTL Group -------------- Now that I see this Gail has sent emails across the country and that employers don't do this, I have confirm my suspicions that its a scam. Its unfortunate that Craigslist refuse to implement security measures to prevent scam job posts. While there are some legit jobs on there, most are scam or fake jobs and its difficult to tell which are legit and which are not. |
