BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!!!! DON'T GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. No one needs it to rent a house other than Property Management and then its through their website. Make sure you meet the owner first and see the property. Then confirm through a real estate agent that the owner is who they say they are. Make sure the house is not in short sale or foreclosure. RENTERS BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. I am a renter looking and I am smart enough to know that these idiots are out there.

I can tell you that it's a very special property and we have priced it aggressively. The utilities are intact and can be switched over to you once the lease is signed, You will be responsible for cable, internet, and phone - if you decide to have these services. If you are bringing animals with you, we need to document the type of animal and breed. The term of the lease is 12 months, but we allow a 6 month if you prefer, all we ask is that you provide 30 days notice prior to moving out.
