I can tell you that it's a very special property and we have priced it aggressively. The utilities are intact and can be switched over to you once the lease is signed, You will be responsible for cable, internet, and phone - if you decide to have these services. If you are bringing animals with you, we need to document the type of animal and breed. The term of the lease is 12 months, but we allow a 6 month if you prefer, all we ask is that you provide 30 days notice prior to moving out. Just fill out the form and indicate that you want the free credit report. The actual scores on the report aren't important to us (we know times are tough and just about everyone has had credit, foreclosure problems), our company policy is to retain a copy on file from each of our prospective tenants. The only pages we require are regarding your rental history, that will be all you will need to bring with you to the showing. As far as getting together to see the property, I am available to show it any time from 10:00am to 7:00pm for the next couple of days.

Thought it was weird that she asked me to go to the link to get my credit report. Responded to her email saying I already had a recent credit report from Trans Union and attempted to set up a time to walk through the apartment listing. No response yet. From these other postings, he/she is clearly a scammer.
