Ann Lebow of this company called us out of the blue about a buyer for our timeshare in Florida. Since we had it listed with another group, we really didn't think anything about it other than the fact that we would get rid of this albatross. We were told specifics about the "buyer" and was told that we would have to send them the closing fee to start the process once we signed their "contract". That was back in November with the promise that the transaction would be completed in 60 days by a man "called" Ron Carlyle. After MANY phone calls talking to 5 different people, one being Collen Wilson, Vice Pres of Customer Service (yeah, right!) and many more phone calls where we were to leave a message and "they would call us back", we are a couple of thousand dollars poorer. The emails rec'd were too numerous to cut and paste, but one was the contract, two were from Collen Wilson, one from the "president", Brandon Marshburn, but stopped after February. We filed complaints with the Delaware Dept of Justice back in April along with several other folks that posted on yelp.com. We also filed complaints with the BBB of Delaware and the Online Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. We were told by the Delaware Banking Commission that this company was a scam and that the address they list in Delaware is just a mail drop. No company existed there. After sending a complaint to the Delaware DOJ, we found out that this scam actually is working out of California and we are in the process of filing a complaint with that state with the help of Delaware since Delaware wouldn't let us know who the "parent" company was. We called California today and the person we talked to stated that even though the paperwork had been rec'd, the complaint wasn't posted yet, but would be within two weeks. We also posted a report on www.ripoffreport.com along with another person this company scammed. Do not send this company a dime!
