Location: cincinnati, OH

States affected: KY - kentucky     OH - ohio

Notes:
This guy (who is in with Earl Bagley & the Dreams of Compassion Foundation) called me said he was from the "Dreams of Compassion Foundation" and began to threaten me. These guys are ruthless and will stop at nothing when confronted. (See post from September 17, 2011). He tried to convince me that they weren't. I hung up on him when he became hostile.

Seems like Earl is starting to sweat with all this publicity

and feels he has to threaten people using a pre-paid cell.

Here's what I managed to find out about this foundation.

The Dreams of Compassion is registered as a non-profit corporation as of 6/7/2011 with the State of Washington Secretary of State and trying to register as a charity.

The foundation location 9695 RAINIER AVENUE SOUTH, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON 98118 is a private residence (in which rooms for rent at this locale are posted on craigslist).

Changes have been made to their website since 9/17/11 and are: Removal of founder's photo, founder now married and the most interesting comment posted on the contact page " NO DONATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND WE NOT ACCEPT ANY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! POSTED ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2011."

According to their site, one of the recepients of this foundation is St. Louis Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. The address listed on the site for the hospital is 27 SOUTH SATHORN ROAD, BANGKOK, THAILAND 10120 so I googled it and found it to be the address of The Metropolitan Hotel, Bangkok. I then googled the phone #s and the hospital came up, but at a different address.

The only suggestion I have to stop this guy is to contact the WA Secretary of state and tell them he is recruiting people to accept donations for his charity. Since the charity registration is pending, maybe they can shut him down.

Wouldn't surprise me if in the next 24 hours the site is shut down.
