Computer Repair Business is seeking a hard working and motivated individual that would love to be our administrative assistant. This individual must be responsible, be punctual and have an "I can do it" attitude. Experience in Microsoft Office and Communication skills is required! Responsibilities include greeting all clients, set priorities to other employees, managing all invoices, and other administrative duties. We offer a competitive salary and benefits. Other responsibilities include:

-Answer all incoming calls and pending voicemails in the order which they were recieved
-Interact and help all clients with any questions or concerns they may have
-Possess excellent speech and communication skills
-Analyze data to prepare reports and invoices,
-Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
