Posts fake ads for "Facilities Maintenance Technician" - "Residential facilities management company is seeking a maintenance technician for general maintenance and repair duties. Job scope includes the following:

Maintains scheduled maintenance on: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment. Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs. Repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner. This includes painting and cleaning carpets. Repairs walls, floor coverings, doors, and wood work in the common areas of the community.

We seek the following qualifications:

* Knowledge of maintenance, grounds work or environmental services
* Must have good driving record.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
* Must be a team player, on call shifts are required
